[Position details]:

The placement will be in International Schools and English Conversation Schools in Tokyo and surrounding areas starting in December and January.

[Conditions]:

・Competitive compensation: Starting from ¥250,000 per month
・Consistent working hours: Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or later hours for conversation schools

[Benefits]:

・Supports work and life balance: 5-day work week/2 days off, public holidays, summer and winter holidays off, and paid vacations

[Successful Candidates]:

・Native speakers of English or individual who has acquired an education in English for at least 12 years
・Holders of a university Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an English-speaking country
・Holder of a valid visa status that allows full-time work in Japan
・Good with young children

Useful but not required:

・Priority: One year of English Language Teaching (ELT) in Japan in either ALT or Eikaiwa fields
・Educated in fields like elementary education, early childhood development and the like
・TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, and other certification
