Funhouse Shimamura, a small language school with strong ties to the local community, seeks a part-time teacher to begin soon.
The position is part-time (includes Fridays) for children. Management experience is not necessary.
Primary duties include:
-teaching from around (40-50 minute) children's classes a week at local kindergartens with a Japanese assistant.
-assist with the development and evolution of curriculum.
-some basic administration.
The ideal candidate will:
-be a native English speaker.
-have at least one year experience teaching English to young learners.
-be independent, reliable and creative.
-feel at home in the comfortable, friendly atmosphere of a small school.
Benefits include:
-minimum salary of ￥3,000 per class.

-a schedule which allows other part-time work.
