IAC is a small language school near Kamakura station. We are looking for experienced part-time native English teachers who are able to show initiative in planning their own lessons, based on our curriculum. Our teachers are friendly and eager to help each other with lesson plans, and are constantly bouncing ideas off each other.
The majority of our students are children, but we also offer lessons to adults, especially in the mornings and early afternoons. The ideal candidate would be able to work two or three days per week, from late morning to evening, depending on the day.
Experience in preparing children for the Eiken exam would also be ideal, although not a must, since we are starting a new Eiken program in the very near future.
We are looking for two reliable and committed teachers who are seeking a long-term position. One position will be available from late February/March and the other from late March/April, 2019.
