3 day Summer Courses in Tokyo and Kanagawa Elementary to High School (expired)

S-link is seeking teachers for three day English courses to be held in and around Tokyo and Kanagawa in July and August. Teachers do not need to be available for all courses, but would need to be available for the duration of a given course. A single course typically runs for 3 days at a fixed location.

A single course may include elementary school, junior high school or high school students. If a candidate has a preference for age group they can stipulate this in the interview and would only be offered courses that meet their criteria.

Courses are fully arranged with all materials and lesson plans provided. Teachers would need to attend a short Skype meeting in order to collect their plans and go through the logistics of attending the courses. Training is scheduled based on the teachers availability. All training and meetings are paid at a rate of 1000 yen per hour. Transportation to and from training is also paid.

The salary for the courses includes 15,000 yen per day plus all travel costs. A typical work day would be 8:30 to 15:00. Most courses have six lessons a day. Courses for junior and senior high students are conversation lessons while elementary courses are activity lessons.
