Shin ei Real-estate Business is a Building Management Company with its main branch located in Shinjuku.


Security Staff
We are looking for experienced Security staff to work in any of the properties that we manage. Since we manage various different buildings around Tokyo (with other branches managing buildings around Japan) you might be required to work at them along with the main branch. (Central Tokyo)

Work includes going around property to make sure that everything is as how it should be, and to keep outsiders off property.
Relatively easy work that mostly just requires footwork.

Requirement / Description
Japanese: Business
English: Business
Work by shifts
Monthly salary: JPY 210.000 ~ 250.000
Company's apartment: Available (Rent: approximately JPY 20,000 / month)
Transportation fees will be provided

Foreigners and Japanese are welcome to apply. However for foreigners a valid working visa is needed. We will sponsor a prolongation when needed.
