Production Control Liaison Manager (expired)

Tittle: Production Control, Liaison Manager.

• Primary Role:
Lead resolution of tactical and strategic problems between company’s US and Japanese operations to ensure achievement of Cost, Quality, and Delivery targets for corporation's products.
• Help to achieve 100% on time delivery to its clients.
• Work with key stakeholders in R&D, Logistics, Production Scheduling, and Quality to achieve strong supplier score card in Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety.
• Provide targeted support to ensure sudden changes in client’s orders and forecast are properly managed to ensure on-time delivery and disposition of freight expedite fees.
• Manage critical engineering and sales projects between the US and Japan to ensure clear coordination and delivery of new models, mass production design changes, and VE changes.
• Resolve disconnects and gaps that arise in all key functional areas of the company: Production Planning, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Procurement.

Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Automotive industry
- English Native
- Fluent in Japanese ( JLPT N1)
