描述
System operation support work at an engineering company.
The main tasks will be :
① System operation monitoring
② Helpdesk for users about system trouble (English correspondence include)
③ Reporting the progress and errors
④ Correction of data in the database
[Work Hours]
- Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
- 9:00~18:00 (include 1-hour break)
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are off
Hourly wage is ¥1,800~¥2,000
The minimum monthly salary will be ¥288,000~
Transportation fee covered

主にご担当いただく業務は以下の4点となります。
＜システムの運用サポート業務＞
①システム稼働監視
②システムトラブルのユーザー問い合わせ受付(英語対応あり)
③プログレスやエラーのレポート出力、送付
④データベース中のデータ修正
■就業曜日
月曜～金曜の週5日
※土日、祝日休み
※その他、年末年始、および就業先カレンダーによる
■就業時間
9：00～18：00（休憩1時間）
■交通費
定期券代支給

・みなとみらい線のみなとみらい駅直結のオフィス
・JR桜木町駅も使用可
