Job Description:
• You will generate more traffic to our e-commerce website and improve its conversion funnel.
• You will closely work with designers and developers on new e-commerce and marketing features.
• You will adapt marketing strategies of the company according to market trends.
• You will support the Sales team by providing them leads.
Communication Skills:
• English: Business Level.
• Japanese: Conversational.
• French or Portuguese appreciated.
Marketing Skills:
• E-commerce Marketing: Conversion funnels; UX optimizations.
• Mail Marketing: Campaigns creation; Subscribers database management.
• Content Marketing: Understanding of Inbound Marketing techniques.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin; Facebook Ads.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (Dashboards, Reports…); Excel (Pivot Tables, Functions…); Define and implement tracking plans; Interpret Heatmaps to improve UX.
• Search Engine Optimization: Understanding of basic SEO on-page criteria; Understanding of a backlink strategy; Previous experiences with SEO tools are appreciated.
• Growth hacking mind-set.
