Kamikoto In-Store Knife Expert / Chef
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly dedicated individual to be our in-house expert deal with all customer issues and enquiries in our Tokyo showroom. You will be proactive and friendly in your interactions whilst upholding the professional values of Kamikoto at all times. You will enjoy interacting with a range of people and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications
Resilient, positive personality who relishes challenges;
Familiarity with kitchen knives and blades desirable;
Retired chef or knife expert with blade skills or expertise desirable;
Familiarity with Japanese culture and history desirable;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively;
Self-driven with high levels of energy and strong commercial acumen;
First-class communication skills combined with high levels of empathy;
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese.

Job Details
Some examples of the tasks you will be responsible for:
Help clients with questions around Kamikoto products in a positive, professional, and speedy manner;
Provide a first-class customer experience that reflects positively on Kamikoto;
Proactively identify potential improvements for store;
Provide ad-hoc support on tasks outside of your strict job description.
