No previous experience required
We are looking for an operator for a live streaming app administration team

The job will entail monitoring the english version of a popular live streaming app and customer support.
(Do not worry, no direct interaction is required like a call centre or customer support centre).

24 hour operations 365 days a year
3 shifts a day (7~8 hour shifts, 60 minutes break), teams will be assigned working hours

We are looking for overseas members for the startup of this project.

Schedule

March・Training period: Weekdays (Mon ~ Fri) between 10:00 and 19:00
April ~ May・Commencement of regular duties: 24 hour operation 365 days a year (shift based) (4 working days a week is negotiable) (Weekdays, day time shifts only is also possible)

Preferred experience and skills

・ Basic PC operation (required)
・ Experience in managing a team in English
・ Likes social media

Language skills

・ English: High level (capable understanding written and spoken English)
・ Japanese: Business level (operation tool UI and briefings are in Japanese)

Employment status

Part-time employee

Salary

・¥1,000/hour
・Travel expenses will be covered
・Same rate during training period
*Additional late night allowance will be added for when working between the hours 22:00 to 05:00
