We are looking for a potential manager to lead a live streaming app monitoring team.

Experience in a managerial position is desirable
The job will entail monitoring the English version of a popular live-streaming app as well as administrative duties
(Do not worry, no direct interaction is required like a call center or customer support center).

24-hour operations 365 days a year
3 shifts a day (7~8 hour shifts, 60 minutes break), teams will be assigned working hours

We are looking for overseas members for the startup of this project.

Schedule

March・Training period: Weekdays (Mon ~ Fri) between 10:00 and 19:00
April ~ May・Commencement of official assignment: 24-hour operation 365 days a year (shift based) (4 working days a week is negotiable) (Working only weekdays or day time shifts only is also possible)

Preferred experience and skills

・ Basic PC operation (required)
・ Experience in managing a team in English
・ Likes social media

Language skills

・ Japanese: High level (capable of communicating with client adequately)
・ English: Business level (capable of managing operators)

Employment status

Contract employee
(During the 2 month training period: Part-time employee)

Salary

・After official assignment commences: expected ¥192,000 per month + travel expenses (working 8 hours a day for 20 days per month)
(During training period: ¥1,000/hour)
*Additional late night allowance will be added for when working between the hours 22:00 to 05:00
