International Interface offers business support services to global clients through translation, interpretation and multi-lingual productions etc. Besides, we continue to expand our presence in the following business categories:-
- Overseas companies investment in Japan
- Foreigners’ real estate investment/rental & lease
- Overseas real estate investment
- Overseas marketing research
Thus, we would like to take this opportunity to recruit more translation proofreaders and Japanese⇔English translators to cope with the growing demand for translation from our increasing number of projects and also increase both speed and quality of work.
■Requirements
Candidates must have the following skills:-
1. Business translation・Proofreading・at least 3 years of experience in English rewriting
2. A willingness to learn and search for terminology that needs to be translated correctly and consistently throughout the document
3 Able to rewrite the content consisted of verbatim translation (literal translation), synonyms and other expressions to native English while fully understanding the original text.
*Preferred skills
1. Good business writing skills in specialized areas (e.g. IR information, financial results etc.)
2. Business-level Japanese proficiency
<Proofreading document examples>
・Listed companies’ IR-related documents for investors
・Foreign companies’ fund reports
・Contract documents from major manufacturers
・Foreign-affiliated consulting companies’ reports for clients’ executives of Japanese companies etc.
For example,
・Quarterly and financial results
・Convocation notice
・Financial results briefing materials
・Securities report
・Corporate governance report etc.
