We are looking for a cook and service staff to join our restaurant "HAL YAMASHITA Lounge" located in Otemachi , "NADABAN by HAL YAMASHITA" in Hibiya.

We are seeking for candidates with a passion for cooking and interest in Japanese cuisine.
Each of our restaurant is attracting the most attention even overseas since we newly create unique dishes with a Japanese twist on flavor, ingredients, and its presentation.

Working with executive chef HAL YAMASHITA would be a great opportunity for you to learn the Japanese spirit and his cooking techniques.

*training time 50H (JPY 1,150/hour (minimum))
*chance to be a fulltime-worker
