Nagsiso area in Nagano prefecture, is very popular amont tourists from the US and Europe, and one of our client, a very unique hotel in the area is looking for "Butlers" to promote its charm to international tourists.

The expedition hotel "Zenagi"
The successful candidate will be working as a "Butler" at Zenagi hotel.
Zenagi is an all-inclusive hotel with a package of accommodation, three meals and outdoor activities, targeting high-end travellers. The hotel has been converted from a historical farmhouse. Guests can enjoy the area's slow-food, produced by Michelin-starred chefs and can explore the great outdoor nature and traditional culture.

Bridge between Japan and the World
You'll be the private guide for international travellers, helping them with planning the trip, welcoming them on their arrival, guiding the area as a tour guide, offering suprising and luxury experience that the area can offer.

Be the "Story Teller"
The hotel provids exclusive experience that guest can't have in other areas in Japan. As a staff member, you're expected to understand history and tradition in the area, and tell the "Story" of its culture, history and nature.


The successful candidates must:
Have experience in hospitality industry
Be able to speak fluent Japanese
Be able to speak fluent English
Have a valid Japanese driver's license
Have interests in Japanese history and culture

The successful candidates preferably:
Be flexible to provide services as per guests' requests
Can enjoy helping others
Be interested in living in rural area in Japan
Be open to become a part of local community
Like the life in Nagano
Have interests in Japanese culture, traditions and nature

Conditions
Salary: 200,000JPY - 500,000JPY / month
Working hours: to be discussed during the interview
