【Job Description】
＜While experiencing a wide range of jobs, you will acquire comprehensive skills as a hotel staff＞
・Check-in / check-out correspondence,
・Work that carries guest's luggage
・Handling reservations.
・Introduction of sightseeing spots
・Room　guide
・Telephone answering（Japanese,English,
etc)
・Complaint response
・Restaurant operation,etc.

【Working Hours】
8 hours per a day on shift system (Night shift is also available)


【Holidays】
・Holidays: 9 days or more per month
・Paid holiday (available after 6 months)

＜幅広い仕事を経験しながらホテルスタッフとして総合的なスキルが身につけていただきます＞
・チェックイン、チェックアウト等のフロント・ロビー業務
・お客様の荷物を運ぶ業務
・宿泊予約の管理業務
　（メールや電話などによる予約を社内システムに入力する作業など）
・周辺の案内や観光名所の行き方などインフォメーション業務
・お部屋のご案内
・電話応対
　（宿泊しているお客さまからの内線応対、宿泊に関する外線応対など）
・クレーム対応
・レストラン業務　など

【勤務時間】
１日あたりの実働８時間のシフト制です。（ナイトシフトもあります）

【休日】
・休日：月9日
・年次有給休暇（入社半年後）
