Position:
The Pullman Tokyo Tamachi is looking for a Commis Chef. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Pullman.
Duties:
Preparing all mise-en-place, items and dishes for the team
Working with chef team during Service
Assisting with the creation of new menu items
Ensuring all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to
Requirments:
Passionate about the culinary industry
Experienced within a similar category hotel or restaurant fields
Good understanding and use of Japanese and English languages
Salary and Benefits:
JPY220,000～ *Depends on your experience

Laundered uniform
Transportation to and from the local town and train station (Maximum JPY25,000 per month)
