Beauty of Japan is a rapidly growing Japan-specialist travel company with the head office in Tokyo and branch offices in Kyoto and Kyushu, and offshore offices.

We are seeking for a passionate and dynamic person at the head office in central Tokyo. This position is a part of inbound tour department and will be responsible for group/incentive tour operation and coordination. You will work with our colleagues in Hanoi and reservation team in Tokyo and Kyoto to arrange all the land services including accommodation, transportation, guides, tickets, restaurants, and experience programs, and make sure tours are operated smoothly with on-site guest support while clients are in Japan.

Responsibilities
- Understanding the requirement of our trade partners, customers and group tours
- Understanding of the itinerary in detail, from inclusion, exclusion, optional excursion
- Monitor the trip status regularly and collate the information in regard to additional requirements
- Understanding the booking/ cancelation cycling of hotels and other suppliers and updating the relevant stakeholders in regular manner
- Updating the actual trip cost regularly for the monthly management report
- Responsible of scheduling the Tour Leaders/ Guides for all the group tours/ MICE
- Main point of contact with all the Tour Leaders/ Guides before/ during/ after the tour
- Prepare the trip budget for the Tour Leader/guides and hand over before the tour starts
- Handle the emergency (on a rotational basis)
- Maintain excellant relation with the local suppliers and facilitate the need, changes in professional manner.

Required skills
- Excellent English, written and spoken, N2 (business) level of Japanese. Preferred someone who is living in Japan
- Atleast 1-2 years of experience in Tourism, customer service.
- Thorough understanding of customer service, western agents needs
- Excellant communicator with all the stake-holders and with can do attitude and sense of emergency
- Open to work in a small team, contribute ideas and fast changing environment
- Great hospitality mind and passion to spread the beauties of Japan
