We are a high grade day spa in Enoshima. Surrounded by beautiful nature, this spa is in a perfect location and offers a relaxing work environment.

We are seeking friendly and helpful individuals who will take excellent care of our spa members and day spa guests. We hope you will become a member of this unique Japanese spa facility.

The positions we are hiring are as below.

1) Reception staff
2) Poolside Staff
3) Fast food restaurant / cafe staff
4) Sales&planning staff (lobby attendant/ sales person)

Transportation fees will be paid separately and staff can enjoy discounts on in-facility restaurants and use of the hot spring, pools and other facilities.

①フロントスタッフ　

施設の入館案内、受付およびフロント業務全般を担当して頂きます。
来館される会員様や一般のお客様と接する入り口となり、施設の顔とも言えます。
様々な方と、笑顔で接客し、柔軟な対応ができる方を募集しています。
ホテルでの接客経験ある方歓迎

②プールスタッフ

施設内のプールエリアの担当スタッフになって頂きます。　　　　　
笑顔でフレンドリーに会員様や一般のお客様と接したり、プールエリア全般の監視業務を行います。
同じチームのメンバーとのコミュニケーション能力も必要になります。
シフトなどについて相談可
泳げることができたほうがいい。
ホスピタリティーのある方優遇。
笑顔があり体力に自信ある方優遇
タトゥー（入れ墨）ある方応募不可

③飲食スタッフ　

施設内のカフェでの販売スタッフになって頂きます。　　　　　　　　
笑顔でフレンドリーに会員様や一般のお客様と笑顔で接客できる方を募集しています。
各店舗での販売業務全般をお願いします。
スタッフとのコミュニケーション能力も必要になります。


④企画営業スタッフ

施設の入館案内、施設のご案内業務を担当して頂きます。
来館される会員様や一般のお客様と接する入り口となり、施設の顔とも言えます。
様々な方と、笑顔で接客し、柔軟な対応ができる方を募集しています。


すべてのポジションで、交通費は別途支給、館内の飲食店舗で割引対応の特典が受けられます。
女性スタッフが活躍する勤務先です。スタッフ利用として、天然温泉とスパも割引対象になります。
