Primary Responsibilities include:
-Management of SIM inventory and WIFI Devices
-Forecasting, supply chain planning and warehousing of SIMS and MIFI devices following Just In Time delivery
-Prepares monthly reports on SIMS and MIFI devices (dispensed, in stock, for order) and processes and follows-up with various partners for the same
-Handles provisioning of SIMS and activation of devices and dispenses these to sales team and agents
-Handles customer-related queries related only to SIM and device (SIM not functioning, device not functioning). All other customer inquiries to be directed to either Sales Agents or Customer Care hotline.
Organizational Strategy:
-Understanding of supply chain management and Just In Time delivery
Knowledge and Experience:
-Articulate, well versed in spoken and written English and spoken and reading Japanese
-With pleasing personality and a customer first mindset
-Skilled at negotiating, bargaining and leveraging company enterprise
