· Alliances through negotiations with overseas companies
· Directly under the Vice President, management's decision-making support (Attendance at various meetings including inside and outside the company, interpretation, document preparation, etc.)

· Alliances through negotiations and negotiations with overseas companies
· Proposal of collaboration to customers / negotiating parties, business plan planning in new business
· Advance management of multiple projects for each customer / negotiation
· Interpretation / translation interpretation in communication with customers and negotiating parties
· Preparation of various presentations · meeting minutes (summary)
· With management team, meetings with customers and negotiating parties · Teleconference · Attending etc.

Job qualification 【essential knowledge / experience】
· Experience engaged in alliances work across multiple countries / companies
· Experience related to business planning at business company (management planning, new business development, business promotion etc)
· Strategy planning ability, execution ability, operation ability
· Leadership and negotiation ability for stakeholders of internal and external projects
· Accounting knowledge (financial three-table analysis)
· Excel / PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher)
· Japanese, English (above business level)

· Experience in business management, management accounting, numerical analysis work
· logical thinking
· US and international accounting knowledge (USGAAP / IFRS)
· ICT industry experience

Driver's license (to use car hire on when business trip to the US)
