Accounting Staff

You will be overseeing the transition of the accounting department to follow global standards for accounting operations.

5+ years accounting/tax experience in a listed Japanese company or a foreign company
4+ years experience related to outside auditing of financial statements

Working knowledge of accounting processes, SAP systems
Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards or IFRS
Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and taxes

TOEIC 750 or higher

Able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
Able to work proactively even in a changing environment

To be determined at the time of employment.

[Working hours]
Flextime system
Standard working hours: 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Standard labor hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes
