We want YOU to join our Guest Services team in Kyoto!
(We're hiring in Kanazawa too!)

We manage over 60 boutique hotels, traditional ryokans, and restaurant/bars throughout Japan (Kyoto, Takayama, Kanazawa) and overseas (Australia).

At the reception desk, you will enjoy a rewarding work environment ensuring our guests have a fantastic stay.


・Telephone, email, and in-person correspondence with foreign and domestic guests.
・Organize and prepare reservations for future guests.
・Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay (concierge services, special requests, etc)
・Help create Kyoto itineraries (restaurants, sightseeing attractions, local events, etc.) Become an expert!
・Maintain our friendly, clean, and welcoming environment of hospitality.
・Share and execute great ideas to leave guests with a magical Japanese experience wanting to return!


- Starting from 225,000 yen~275,00yen/month*
 *Initial salary depends on your prior experience, skills, etc. so let's discuss!

- COMMUTING ALLOWANCE: max. 30,000 yen/month
- BONUS: Semi-Annual(Based on performance)
- RAISE: Annual


・5 days a week (2 days off a week)
・8~9 hours per day
・1 hour break per shift

Night Shifts are available upon request (21:00 - 8:00). *Bonus Night Shift allowance


- ENGLISH: Business-level or higher
- JAPANESE: Business-level or higher
- Basic Computer skills
- 3 or more years of work experience (in any industry)
- NO prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is required.
