The Housekeeping Manager is a "Permanent Employee" and oversees the scheduling of room status, cleaning & repairs, inventory, along with the assignment and training of staff to ensure impeccably clean high-grade customer satisfaction for guests and operations.
Responsibilities:
・Guiding staff to maintain the impeccable quality of Chalet Ivy's cleanliness
・Provide excellent services that promote customer satisfaction
・Assignment and instruction of cleaning staff
・Managing room scheduling and status updates (including repairs)
・Maintain the housekeeping inventory, including bath amenities and linen supply
・Perform other duties as requested by management
・Necessary paperwork with reports to Hong Kong head office
Requirements:
・Managerial experience (in the hotel / hospitality / service industry is preferred)
・Experience with OPERA (PMS) and MS office software
・Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
