Description
[Job description]
・Provide excellent and sincere service in our restaurant outlets at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond guest’s expectation.
・Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
・Obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
・Assist in any other tasks as specified by his / her Manager or Assistant.
・Should have a thorough knowledge of all menu items and service procedures.
[Requirements]
- For server at least 1-year of experience working as a server in a hotel or in the Food & Beverage areas
- For Supervisor, working experiences in a same level of position in hotel fine dining or restaurants equivalent level of the hotel restaurants.
- Able to communicate with guests/colleagues in both Japanese and English
