We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our global sales team! As a consultant, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients and advise them on best practices for hiring candidates for their open positions.

Main responsibilities:
- Visiting clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs
- Communicating with current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships
- Coaching candidates throughout the interview process
- Organizing and attending interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiating job offers, finalizing contract conditions and renewals
- Serving as point of contact for temp employees

- At least 1 year recruiting or sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite tools
- Japanese fluent level
- English or Chinese business level or above

- Experience as recruitment consultant
- Fluency in Japanese, English and Chinese

Contract type:

Tokyo, Shinagawa-ku, Kita-Shinagawa 3-3-5, Daiwa Shinagawa Gotenyama Bldg.

Kita-Shinagawa Station (1 min)
Shinagawa Station (10~12 mins)

JPY 250,000~350,000 (depending on experience)

Working hours:
9:00~18:00 (1 hour break)

Saturdays/Sundays/National Holidays
