Administrative Assistant for Major International Real Estate Investment Firm
Job Description
- Handling of all incoming calls – Receptionist function;
- Clerical support and general administrative support;
- Processing of correspondences from Operation and Technical/Marketing departments;
- Responsible for the day-today handling and documents including filing;
Requirement
- Required language: English (English speaking and typing is a MUST), Japanese, Chinese;
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Excellent time management skills and ability of multi-task and prioritise work;
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent;
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to start work immediately;
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary (per month) Range: JPY 250,000 – JPY 300,000
- Meal Allowance + Transport Allowance;
- Working hour 09:00AM – 18:00PM (Monday – Friday);
