JOB OBJECTIVE

This position will develop and run the required end-to-end product supply chain capabilities in alignment with cost, delivery performance, customer quality/reliability, and other key company deliverables. The candidates will work closely with the management team and targeted supply chain partners to grow an optimize supply chain cost models by considering the business requirements to achieve the best value for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop supply network to ensure compliance with Procurement procedures, negotiated benefits from services and cost improvement.
- Leading and supporting the sourcing process by coordinating and drafting specifications, selection criteria, questionnaires, contract schedules and documentation to ensure that the most appropriate supplier selection is achieved in accordance with Policy
- Leading the business in the execution of the new vendor process so that the relevant service levels and key performance indicators are adequately defined in the contractual documentation (this may include ongoing Supplier Relationship Management) so as to ensure that the necessary controls around supplier management standards are achieved.
- The Sourcing Specialist will be required to work within broad-ranging project teams, and the post holder will need to demonstrate leadership within these projects where relevant/

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field
Experiences: At least 5+ years of working experience in Purchasing/Sourcing field.
Special Skills: Analytics experience is required together with the necessary knowledge of business systems (preferably SAP) and other analysis software packages including MS Excel, etc Communication skill: Fluent in English
