機械オペレーター / Machine operator (expired)

【業務内容 / Work content】
近年事業拡大の為、設備投資を行い、最先端の設備機械を導入しました。
現在いるスタッフの方も操作は出来るのですが、今後機械操作の仕組みを
作っていただけるような、リーダー格の方を募集しております。
その他、現在いるスタッフの方への指導・育成もお任せします。

In order to expand business in recent years, we invested in new equipment
and inducted the most advanced machinery equipment.
The current staff can do the operation, but we are looking for a leader
who will create a system of machine operation in the future. In addition,
you will be responsible for a guidance and training for the current staff.

※設備機械詳細(放電加工機、マシニングセンター、NC旋盤、CADCAMなど)
Machine equipment details (EDM, Machining Center, NC Lathe, CAD/CAM etc.)

※どれも数千万円するスイス製などの最先端機器です。
　All equipment is Swiss made and costs tens of millions of yen.

※商品は多品種少量生産で生産しています。
　We produce wide variety of products in small quantity.

※現場は現在19名(うち6名ベトナム人実習生)で、皆さん20代のお若い方になります。
　Currently we have 19 young employees (including 6 Vietnamese interns).

【必須条件 / Requirements】
・日本語N2~N1レベル
・リーダー・マネジメント経験者優遇
・放電加工機、マシニングセンター、NC旋盤、CAD/CAMなど機械設備のオペレーター経験3年以上
※上記機械全て対応している必要はありません。どれか一つでもしっかりとした能力(キャリア)が
　ある方を求めています。

・Japanese N2~N1 level
・Leader, management experience is a plus
・Machine equipment operator experience 3 years and more
　(EDM, Machining Center, NC Lathe, CAD/CAM etc.)
※No need to have experience with all above machines.
　We are looking for someone with solid knowledge (career) even of one of them.
