NSR-Japan dispatched to client site (Aerospace client)
Possibility of Direct Hire based on Performance

Office Location:
Nagoya, Aichi, Japan
With travel to Gifu, Japan and Handa, Aichi, Japan

Job Title: Office Administrator

Working Hours /Day: 8 hours/ 5days (Monday to Friday)

Reports to: Supplier Management Manager

Projected Start Date : April 2017

Position Summary:

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Following are some examples of the tasks required for this position:
1. Perform office administrative functions Asia Site teams and for visitors to Client onsite in Japan per management's request.
2. Compose and type letters and memos with business, technical and/or confidential nature.
3. Screen telephone calls, answer routine questions and take messages.
4. Prepare and/or finalize documents, policies, papers, presentations and other such material
5. Organize events and activities as required.
6. Maintain calendar, arrange appointments and schedule meetings as required.
7. Maintain database of contact people and organizations.
8. Perform travel arrangements as required.
9. Managing expense reports -related to business and travel; responsible for coordinating associated queries.
10. Provide general office management to maintain functional support such as ordering supplies, telecommunications, facilities interface etc.
11. Serve as an interpreter (Japanese/English) as required.
12. Compile statistics and information as required.
13. Other duties as assigned by management. Duties subject to change per management requirements.
14. May require traveling for Company events or conferences
15. Flexibility to support occasional phone calls, meetings and work -related events outside normal working hours.
