Job Title: Office Administrator

Working Hours /Day: 6-8 hours/ 2days a week(Can be negosiable)

Start Date : •immediately

Position Summary:

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Following are some examples of the tasks required for this position:
1. Perform office administrative functions
2. FSE Support for preparation (tools, instruction, other stuff provide)
3. Sub-con order handling (quotation, PO, Invoice, etc)
4. IT Support admin (phone support, schedule for phone replacement)
6. Serve as an interpreter (Japanese/English) as required.
7.Other duties as assigned by management. Duties subject to change per management requirements.
8. May require traveling for Company events or conferences
9. Flexibility to support occasional phone calls, meetings and work -related events outside normal working hours.
