業務内容
It will be a mission to lead the company to the market leader in the Japanese market.
Build a team from the strategy formulation, lead the new team in Japan to success, and build a scalable practical system to realize rapid growth.

・Developing business strategies and plans
・Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results
・Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
・Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
・Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
・Review financial and non-financial reports,analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
・Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
※ Country managers are required entrepreneurship, sales force and management skills.

It is a position where you are expected to lead extensive practice on your own and lead the team.

*Minimum qualifications:
*Communication skills across different Cultures, strategic thinking and *venture spirit
*Experience of leading over 100 people company
*Those who have experience of negotiation with legal understanding
*Creative, problem solving ,data driven, etc.

*A Japanese branch office launch experience.
*Experience of rapid growth of IT（SaaS） business
*Expert in business communication with Chinese
*SaaS, Familiar with digital marketing industry, Data,BI/Data *visualization/dashboards, Groupware
