LISUTO is a global e-commerce company , providing solutions to the global e-commerce markets. Working with clients around the world ,we are looking for YOU - enthusiastic ,Organised and methodical person for Account management and customer service position.
we are looking for NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKER.

You will be working in a team of Japanese and other multi nationalities .

responsibilities :
 account management for merchants
 product and data catalog research
 content quality control
 communicate with local suppliers in Japanese / English
 communicate with customers in english / german
 translation of basic text from Japanese / English to your own native language
 research of the e-commerce industry in your home country
 marketing tasks related to the e-commerce industry in your home country
 other tasks related to the international e-commerce industry

The required skills are:
 master degree level education
 fluent in Japanese (at least JLPT N2)
 high PC skills
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Excellent Problem-solving skills
 Organised and methodical
 excellent communication skills
 good at Multi-tasking
