[Job Summary]
We are working to build several products using new technologies (examples include drones and AI).
Our business originated in the field of human resources and we have created various web services for that sector.
Now we're rapidly growing and creating new businesses in several industries, so we're looking for engineers who can help us accelerate creation of new products together.

[Desired Skills]
- Outgoing, positive, flexible, good at communication
- Teamwork oriented, able to work with the engineering team
Widely interested in new technologies
- Interested in and have experience in the programming languages: Go, Elixir, Rust, Elm
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as the front-end/back-end developer

[Work Environment]
- Team official language: English
- Option to work remotely several times a week
- Working hours: flextime
- Working day: 5 days a week（MON - FRI）
- Holiday: SUN, SAT, National holidays

[Salary and Benefits]
- Annual salary: 3,840,000 JPY～12,000,000 JPY (Depends on your skills, experience)
- Monthly salary system
