人事ビジネスパートナー（HRBP）

職務内容:
■人事関係、給与・賞与計算、福利厚生などを含む日本当地の人事オペレーション（HROP）の仕事を担当。
■当地のサプライヤーと連携し、日本で働いている日本及び外国の従業員に優れた支援サービ　　スを提供します。
■従業員をサポートし、従業員体験を改善します。
■ HQ 及び現地の人事ビジネスパートナー（HRBP）と連携して日本における事業開発をサポートします。
■産業調査を行い、日本における人事支援ベストプラクティスを求めます。

1. Be responsible for Japan local HR operation, including employee relationship, payroll and benefit operation, etc.
2. Cooperate with local vendor to deliver great service and support to local and foreign employees in Japan. Be responsible for vendor management to improve opeartion quality and efficiency.
3. Support employees and improve employee experience.
4. Cooperate with HQ and local HRBP to support business development in Japan.
5. Conduct industry research to develop the best HR practice in Japan.
6. Be a member of a professional, diverse, creative and positive team. Grow together with us.

求める人材:
■１～5年の人事オペレーション（HROP）、あるいはpayroll（給与・賞与計算） の経験があります
■英語と日本語、あるいは中国語と日本語が流暢に話せます。
■優れたコミュニケーション能力
■強い責任感、積極的な仕事態度、優れたの仕事能力と学習能力

•1~5 years of HR opeartion or payroll work experience.
•Fluent language skill in Japanese and English, or Japanese and Chinese.
•Good communication skill.
•Responsible and positive work attitude with good ability to deal with challenging task.
•Quick learning ability.
