Responsibilities:
■Aware of overall HC requirements from business team, responsible for all recruiting target numbers and tracking all related data and feedback, change direction and strategy accordingly
■Develop, manage and maintain various recruiting channels and tools, utilize proper internal and external resources to acquire different talents
■Define problems during the full recruiting cycles, improve the policy and process to raise the recruiting efficiency
■Conduct target talent marketing survey, position matching, keep updated for latest industry and talent market trends
■Play the role as key coordinator or project leader to complete other tasks or projects (e.g. campus recruiting, open day, etc.)
■Lead and manage junior members or recruiters for daily operation and other projects (if necessary and based on candidate’s background)
Requirements:
■Bachelor’s degree or above
■Must have at least one year recruiting related experience or above
■Fluent Japanese and English language skill (Chinese would be a plus)
■Familiar with Japan recruiting channels and tools, recruiting cycle and process
■Rich experience for sourcing and communicating with different level candidates
■Excellent communication, planning and observation skills, logical thinking and analytical
■Flexible and self-driven, goal oriented and can work under pressure
■Candidates from internet or contents related business industry would be highly appreciated
