LISUTO is a global e-commerce company , providing solutions to the global e-commerce markets. Working with clients around the world ,we are looking for YOU - enthusiastic ,Organised and methodical person for Account management and customer service position.
we are looking for NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKER.
You will be working in a team of Japanese and other multi nationalities .
responsibilities :
account management for merchants
product and data catalog research
content quality control
communicate with local suppliers in Japanese / English
communicate with customers in english / german
translation of basic text from Japanese / English to your own native language
research of the e-commerce industry in your home country
marketing tasks related to the e-commerce industry in your home country
other tasks related to the international e-commerce industry
The required skills are:
master degree level education
fluent in Japanese (at least JLPT N2)
high PC skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Organised and methodical
excellent communication skills
good at Multi-tasking
