We are looking for a director in charge of the overall operation of our services.
This is the kind of job that needs to be done daily with PDCA, thinking about entertainment plans, monitoring KPIs of services, and making necessary in-site measures.
Communication skills in japanese AND english are necessary, but you do not necessarily have to have a high level of IT skills. If you are curious about motivation and service, we will actively hire you.
①All operations leading to new customers：
・We will regularly review advertising LPs, registration forms, and each page on the site in collaboration with advertising departments and others to study site creation that is easy to understand even for first-time customers.
②All activities leading to the promotion of use：
We will provide you with valuable information such as planning events and creating e-mail magazines.
③ Various new feature plans：
Based on your questionnaire, we will work with engineers and designers to develop functions that meet your needs.

※Currently, we only operate services for domestic use, but we have plans to expand our services globally so we need you to have a high level of language ability.
