【Job Description】
A large internet finance and infrastructure company is looking for a suitable candidate to act as the assistant / secretary to the CEO, especially for helping to maintain the time when the CEO is focusing on work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

■ Scheduling appointments.
■ Preparing documents related to board or management meetings.
■ Receiving clients and guests.
■ Manning the phone.
■ Making arrangements for domestic and international travel for the CEO.
■ Accompanying the CEO when traveling.
■ Filing business cards and maintaining a database of client's information.
■ Arranging for the CEO's meals, health-checks, and physical condition.
■ Providing assistance with research and filing reports according to the company's development.

【Required Exp/Skills】
・Fluent level of English or better
・Business level or better of Japanese
・More than 2 years of experience working as a secretary or assistant
・Ability to use Word and Excel
・Confidence with speaking to senior staff
・A positive and upbeat character

【Working Hours/Work Place】
・ Mon - Fri, 09:30 ~ 18:30
・ Tokyo
