> Job Overview
-we develop games for famous Game Companies, specializing in high-end action / fighting/ shooter games.
-2D concept art, character design /// 3D character modeling、background design、3D effects, texture creation etc.
> Working Condition
-working time: 10:00～19:00 (1h break)
-location: Tokyo
-type of contract: permanent (3 months trial period)
> Compensation
-salary: 3m - 7m JPY / annual
-transportation refund
-pay rise 1/year (depeding on results)
-bonus availlable (depending on performance)
> Skills 3D game designer
-character design: 3D character modeling, skinning, texture creation experience
-background design: production of background assets (creation of model, UV, texture, etc.), adjustment, shader, LOD, destruction, and animation settings, layout of other products, Lighting, etc.
-effect design: 3D effects, texture creation, effects settings using game engine tools
-at least 4 years of actual work experience as 3D game designer
-Japanese business level
-English business level
> Skills 2D game designer
-experience of various tools related to 2D art production Photoshop, Painter, Illustrator, Sai etc
-character concept design experience
-at least 4 years of actual work experience as 2D game designer
