This is an opportunity to step into Information Systems Support Industry and develop a long-term career in all areas of Information Technology Services.

We are looking for several entry level staff with a good service attitude, who are able to help users solve their daily basic PC and Software support issues and expand their experience into basic software, hardware, and network skills. You will also be supported by experienced professionals in solving problems and developing your skills.

Working hours are generally a standard M-F work week, with occasional project work on weekends. You will have the opportunity to work inside large international corporate offices as well as the occasional trips to various sites around Japan - if interested.

Applicants should be fluent in Japanese in order to support local Japan staff, and have a good understanding of English in order to communicate with international support teams and Sr Management when needed.

Successful applicants will be hard working, polite, and have friendly personality.
