【仕事内容】
既存のフォト共有サービス、2018年に新たにサービスリリースしたサービスの
サーバーサイドの開発全般のお仕事です。

【Must Required】
・Railsを使ったWebアプリ開発に携わった経験
・自身でRailsを使ったWebアプリのメンテナス
・運用経験・RSpec、もしくはMiniTestを用いたテストを定常的に書いている

【Welcome Skill】
・Railsを使ったWebアプリのRailsのバージョンアップ、関連gemのバージョンアップを定常的に行っている
・gemを開発し、rubygems.orgへ公開しメンテンスしている
・github flowを用いた開発経験・プレイングマネージャーとしてのマネジメント経験

【Process】
書類選考、面接2or3回＋skill test(in Japanese)

【Job Description】

【Must Required】
· Experience involved in web application development using Rails
· Maintaining Web applications using Rails by yourself
· Operation experience · We regularly write tests using RSpec or MiniTest

【Welcome Skill】
· We regularly upgrade Rails version of Web application using
Rails and upgrade related gem version
· Developed gem and released it to rubygems.org and maintaining it
· Development experience using github flow
· Management experience as a playing manager

【Process】
Document selection, interview 2 or 3 times + skill test (in Japanese)
