【Job Description】
In charge of the Front-End development for various projects (Websites, Web Services, Web Applications), in conjunction with producers, designers and directors. You will also be able to introduce and propose new technologies, since we want to incorporate ideas from everyone.

■Office Environment
・Average age of 31 years old (mostly people in their 20’s and 30’s)
・Average over time of 10 hours per month, You’ll be able to spend time studying or developing your own hobbies.
・Office communication through Slack (face-to-face communication is also important)
・Branching out in other areas besides Front-End Development is possible for interested company members
・Internal study group of engineers every Friday.
・Recent study group theme "H2O", "Opure and Cloud", "Hanami's story".
・Blog articles and other items to be released inside / outside the company are written using business hours.

【Requirements】
■Essential Skills:
・JavaScript practical experience.
・Experience using React JS (self-study is acceptable).
・Experience in development using Git (Github).
・Experience in developing single page applications (SPA).

■Welcome Skills / Personality:
・Heroku, AWS and other PaaS, IaaS experience.
・UI / UX design experience.
・Back end (Rails etc.) development experience.
・Good conversational Japanese proficiency.
・Willing to learn and challenge new things.

【Salary】
・Yearly start salary of about 4 Million Yen to 7 Million Yen based on skills and experience.
・Salary review twice a year.

【Work hours and Days】
・10:00 – 19:00
・Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays off.

ビスやサイトの機能を一緒に考え、形にします。全て自社サービスなので、先
進的な技術を導入したり、各人から出たアイディアを取り入ることも積極的に
行なっています。

・Javascriptの実務経験
・React.jsの利用経験(独学可)
・Git(GitHub)の利用経験
・シングルページアプリケーションの開発経験

・バックエンド(Railsなど)の開発経験

■給与
400万円～700万円年収
※ご経験・スキルを考慮して決定いたします
給与改定：年2回

■休日
・完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日
