RHDJapan is an e-commerce company with a small team of 15 employees located in Hirakata, Osaka. Hirakata is an area which allows easy access not only Kyoto and Osaka city, but Nara and Kobe as well. Looking for someone who:
・Is a PHP Expert who is passionate about creating elegant code to solve specific problems
・Works collaboratively and communicates openly
・Enjoys finding creative solutions to solve problems
・Has excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks
・Works well in a small team environment

Responsibilities:
・Provide support for the existing Magento code base
・Manage a migration to EE Magento 2
・Development of Custom Magento extensions

Essential requirements:
・Strong team player
・Fast learner, seeking constant self-improvement
・Good communication and organizational skills
・5+ years hands on, object-oriented PHP experience
・Minimum of 3 years development experience with Magento (Magento 1 and Magento 2)
・A demonstration of strong knowledge and experience in PHP, Zend, HTML, Javascript, CSS ect is required. This will be given through an on-line test such as devskiller in the second interview process.

Preferred:
・Magento Developer Certification
・BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent
・Experience in project management

Detailed description and job requirements:
・You will be expected to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software related to Magento EE 1 and 2.
・As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership and some project management to other software developers within the project. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs as well as manage a sofware migration from Magento EE 1 to EE 2.
