Manager - Sales/Business Development

Responsibilities:
* Incumbent is responsible for driving new business revenues from a named account and territory list within the Manufacturing and High-Tech sector
* Create a named accounts penetration strategy, work closely with the head of Sales
* Create leads and opportunities within the industry
* Engage in proactive sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and further convert prospects to proposals
* Form peering relationships with client personnel at the VP/ Director level, and working (non-peering) relationships with CXOs; source for additional business.
* Work closely with the pre-sales functions to come up with proposals
* Showcase Company capabilities, value, relationships and governance in all interactions
* Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
* Present go-to-market solutions to target market within the Insurance sector
* Assist in designing go-to-market solutions based on market intelligence
* Oversee existing account growth and participate in business development
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (four years)
Skill set:
* Consulting and client facing skills are mandatory
* Good networking abilities
* Ability to hire/ lead teams
* Ability to speak, read and write in English and Japanese are mandatory
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience preferred.
