Description

Project Management
-Maintain project management processes and methodologies to ensure IT infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet client expectations
- Monitor the progress made by subcontracted vendors and third party service providers and provide frequent updates to project stakeholders
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources as required
- Identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies which are aligned with project goals.
- Assist the systemsGo sales team with pre-sales technical support to identify and qualify new client opportunities and prepare costed proposals.

Communication
- Provide frequent updates and reports in English and Mandarin
- Create reports using industry standard tools (Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Present status updates and progress reports clearly and effectively
- Have sufficient confidence to interface directly with high profile clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field
- Project Management certification is desirable, but not required
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMP, PMI, Prince2)

Language
English – Both written and spoken fluency
Mandarin – spoken fluency required

Teamwork – Work effectively in teams. Collaborate with others towards shared goals. Accept assignments willingly. Assign/delegate tasks effectively.
Reporting – Able to create regular project reports and communicate them to the client on a regular basis
Productivity – Able to work unsupervised. Should be focused on results.
