Currently, Matsumoto Kougyou outsources the manufacture and delivery of its products to mainly Toyota-related companies, based on their needs.

We are now focusing on expanding our business overseas, and hope to employ a motivated individual who will learn about our company, our manufacturing processes and help lead our expansion into the USA and Chinese markets.

Within the first three years of entering the company, the successful candidate should remember how to manufacture and assemble equipment, how to operate the business and assemble our products at job sites.

As it is hard to run the business at first, we are looking for someone to first learn the manufacturing process at our factory. We want someone who can look to the future and work hard. Inexperienced individuals are OK. After few years, we plan to establish our company in America and China.

Work time 8:00～17:00
Holiday: Two days off each week,
Annual leave: Golden week･Summer holiday

Requirements:
You must be a Native English speaker with conversational Japanese skill

Native Chinese speaker with conversational Japanese skill
