A large manufacturing company that provide quality produces for Large Industrial factories and companies. Focusing on smaller pieces for industrial use, their focus is on creating precision pieces for mass production. They pride themselves in creating long lasting and safe products that are key to the quality of the whole end product. With a large part of their client base being the Japanese Automobile Industry, the quality of their products must meet the safety standards on Japanese roads. With connections to large corporations, they have been able to expand their company and products to India and Malaysia. Now looking to use Malaysia for their base of operations for the South-East Asian markets. As the company expands the need for foreign talents are growing.

Job Description:
・You will first work in the Japanese branch and learn about the company's business as well as their management strategy/techniques of factories.
・After you have gained great expertise on the above, you will be assigned to lead the business project in Malaysia: you will be involved in designing strategy, business planning, coordinating and establish new factory in Malaysia
・Once the business/factory in Malaysia is ready, you will be relocated to Malaysia (as an expat) and you will work on further business development
・In Malaysia you will work on factory management as well as sales and coordination to Japanese companies in Malaysia・Your preparation/work in Japan is expected to take one to two years. However, depending on the business condition in Malaysia as well as how much you have gained experience etc.... this length may be changed (shorten or prolonged)

Requirements:

Must:
・You have to be from Malaysia and fluent in Malay and English
・No Japanese is required but while you are working in Japan, you have to acquire conversational level Japanese
・Great communication skills: able to start the business from scratch and also develop the business
・Can start working ASAP to January 2018

Desired:
・It will be a plus you can speak Chinese(Mandarin or Cantonese)

Conditions:
・Annual expected salary: 3,000,000 JPY
・Transportation cost: up to 30,000 JPY coverage monthly
・Salary promotion: once a year (April)
・Bonus: twice a year (July and December)
・Various social insurances
・Work location: Osaka
・Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, National holiday, End of year and new year holiday Golden Week
・Overtime work: Hardly any, In case if there is overtime, it will be paid according to labor law policy・Housing allowance: free house to be provided (the house is for single person only. In case you are bringing your family etc.... the housing allowance will be paid but not fully covered)
