We’re looking for an Assistant to work along with our Leadership team. The main purpose of this role will be to support the Leadership team composed of 2 Managers and 2 Partners with administrative tasks including:

• Scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
• Database management
• Document creation (Word, Excel)
• Welcoming visitors and setting meeting room
• Occasionally assist to clients’ seminars or conferences

Required:
• Highly bilingual in Japanese and English.
• Fast computer skills
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
o Experience working with a database
• Fast thinker and eager to learn and work under occasional pressure.
• Open minded and ability to get along with other easily.
