Role Overview:
• Support the team leader as needed in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
• Gain exposure and learn about all facets of the recruitment process – from client and role sourcing to candidate generation, screening, resume/CV submission, the interview process, all the way to the job offer and negotiation of a placement.
• Increase skills in sales, relationship building, reading industry market trends, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Learn about team structure, support, efficiency, and collaboration in a sales and results-driven atmosphere.
• Get up close insight on top industry professionals and leading global companies in the market. Learn the industry in up-close detail through interactions with industry players and hiring trends.
• Work in a small-business, entrepreneurial environment and see all aspects of running a business first hand.
• Gain first-class training and preparation from industry experts.
• Take on more responsibility as able, excellent career track depending on performance - including promotion to full-time.

Daily Tasks:
• Heavy phone outreach – both to established candidates for relationship management, as well as colder outreach to expand the network.
• Heavy e-mail outreach – both to established candidates for relationship management, as well as colder outreach to expand the network.
• Meticulous data entry into company database
• Formatting resumes of job candidates
• Greeting guests who visit the office with a high level of professionalism
• Answering inbound calls professionally
• Corporate visits with team leader
• Team meetings and training/learning

Required Skills
• Native level Japanese reading and speaking, We operate in a high English speaking environment, however English is not a high requirement (great place for someone looking to improve English or get back to an English environment).
• Sales, recruiting, or customer interaction experience required
• Education: Business major preferred, depends on experience
• High-level professional communication
• Team player, able to get along with others and communicate
• Open minded, willing to learn and grow, willing to take instruction
• Proactive mindset – ability to take logical steps without always relying on instruction
• Strong commercial sense, able to understand what drives our business and to act accordingly
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, passion for efficiency
• Ability to adapt in a fluid, fast paced industry
• Very strong attention to detail (our business revolves around minute detail)
• Resiliency to stay focused in spite of uncertain outcomes or volatile business situations, able to handle setbacks or rejection
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, database usage, internet usage, smartphone usage; must be able to use modern technological systems to manage workflow
