I Search Worldwide, a specialized recruiting firm with 20 employees, is hiring an Office Administrator to work in their Azabu Juban office.
English is the main language for office communication, but native level Japanese (writing, reading, speaking) is required for much of the external communication.
– Using your Office Administrator skills and experience you will handle general admin, HR duties including payroll and social insurances, and other interesting duties.
- You will need to love variety, be able to work independently, communicate well, have a good attitude, and be super organized!
Job Responsibilities:
• Overall office admin duties, minor accounting (main parts handled by outsourced accounting firm)
• Deal with queries via phone, email and general correspondence
• Keep the procedures manual updated as required
• Manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment and furniture
• Manage accounts payable including banking
• Personal administration duties for all employees
• Assist as needed in the company’s recruiting activities
Job Requirements:
• Must have Native level Japanese
• At a minimum, Business level English – higher level will be a "plus"
• Experience in overall office administration
• Some sales support experience is nice to have, but not mandatory
• Experienced in the use of MS Office
• Experience in a recruiting firm will be a "plus"
